Presented by Singapore Airlines, the 2024 Takeover Series features eight exclusive lunch and dinner events at popular venues across Port Douglas, Palm Cove, and Cairns. This series will showcase some of Australia’s most inspiring and accomplished culinary leaders and brands in a tropical setting.

For the first time, Taste Port Douglas welcomes an international culinary star to its lineup, enhancing the experience for all food enthusiasts. Michael Wilson, from the Michelin-starred restaurant Marguerite in Singapore, joins the Taste Port Douglas lineup. He will bring his unique style to a takeover event at Nu Nu Palm Cove, collaborating with industry stalwart Mark Best and rising star Aaron Ward.
